By using Vrooma ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

2. What Vrooma is

Vrooma provides AI-powered analysis of used car listings in Ireland. Our analysis is for informational and guidance purposes only. It does not constitute professional automotive, financial, or legal advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before purchasing a vehicle.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One person may not hold multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• The Starter plan is free with limited daily usage.
• Vrooma Pro is a monthly subscription billed at €9.99/month.
• VIN report credits are non-refundable once used.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our AI analysis outputs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Use the Service to deceive third parties in car transactions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". Vrooma makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated analysis. Car values, market data, and condition assessments are estimates only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Vrooma is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including any financial loss resulting from a car purchase decision made using our analysis.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology on Vrooma is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
